How Test Works
This test consists of 38 questions. These help identify
your strong MIs and MNs. Our software then creates a unique MI/MN
profile for you. It then searches our database of hundreds of jobs
and identifies jobs that contain similar profiles. For example, if
a person has strong linguistic and naturalistic intelligences, and
has a strong protective nature, she would be well-suited for job of
a journalist who writes articles on environmental protection. Or,
for example, if a person has strong interpersonal and visual intelligences,
and a strong entrepreneurial nature, she would likely find satisfaction
as an art dealer.
Comparison with Other Personality Type Tests
The majority of job matching tests are based on the Myers-Briggs (MBTI)
format. While popular, the MBTI lacks significantly because its parameters
are vague and inadequate for accurately defining the characteristics
necessary to specify which types of individuals are suitable for which
type of professions. The combination of MIs and MNs provides the fewest
and most meaningful attributes, which provide valid and reliable measures
of people’s suitability toward specific job types.
